Using the time-tested practice of templating, our woodworkers are able to create exact one-off measurements. We then prefabricate Teak Decks in-house at one of our workshops, laying out individual sections which are then dismantled and transported to the yacht for timely installation using Modern Vacuum Pressing technology with no screws or plugs. We hand select each and every board that makes it onto the boats that we service, using only the highest grade Burmese Teak lumber.<\/p>\n
